Excavator Mounted Vibratory Hammer

Vibration pile hammers generally use a biaxial exciter to generate vibration. In vibration machinery, in order to reduce the friction between piles and soil, we rely on the mechanical vibration of the vibration pile hammer to achieve the purpose of pile sinking, and also rely on its own weight and external effects. There are two types of vibration pile hammers: hydraulic and mechanical, and hydraulic vibration hammers are less commonly used. The vibrating pile hammer is a mechanical and directional exciter. It is composed of two shafts equipped with the same eccentric blocks. When the eccentricity rotates quickly, the force components in the horizontal direction will be equal in magnitude and opposite in direction, and the vertical direction will be superimposed. The composition of a vibrating pile hammer includes a guide rod, compression spring, electric motor, vibration reducing beam, vibration box, belt pulley, etc. Its advantages include good pile driving quality, durability, strong penetration force, compact structure, low noise, high efficiency, and no pollution.
