1 Product Overview

The high-frequency crushing hammer is suitable for various types of mines, quarries, tunnel construction, foundation crushing, building demolition, as well as work sites such as beaches, ditches, rivers, wetlands, etc. Especially for various types of rocks with a Proctor hardness below 7, such as sandstone, weathered rock, limestone, and karst landform rocks, the crushing efficiency is particularly significant.

Compared with traditional crushing hammers, high-frequency crushing hammers have the following performance characteristics:

1) The core part of the high-frequency crushing hammer is completely enclosed and driven by a high-speed anti-seismic motor. Hydraulic oil only passes through the motor and does not pass through the core box, so the dirt generated by metal wear cannot touch the excavator body, so the black oil phenomenon of traditional hydraulic crushing hammers will not occur.

2) Due to the high sealing of the core components of the high-frequency crushing hammer, it can easily complete underwater crushing operations without modification.

3) In daily work, the high-frequency crushing hammer only needs to replace the lubricating oil and bucket teeth in the oil tank when necessary (when lubricating oil emulsifies), avoiding the expenses of traditional hydraulic crushing hammers that need to replace oil seals, bushings, drill rods, flat pins and other daily maintenance work. Therefore, the cost of daily maintenance is low.

4) The structure of the high-frequency crushing hammer is reasonable, and shock-absorbing rubber is arranged around the exciter box, which has reduced 80% of the vibration force transmitted to the excavator. Therefore, under normal shock-absorbing rubber conditions, there is basically no damage to the excavator.

5) Due to being driven by a hydraulic motor, high-frequency crushing hammers have an impact frequency of up to 1600-2100 times per minute, while traditional crushing hammers typically operate at several hundred times per minute, resulting in a work efficiency that is 2-5 times higher than traditional crushing hammers. So high work efficiency is also a major innovation of high-frequency crushing hammers.

6) The noise generated by high-frequency crushing hammers during operation is within 75dB, which is lower than traditional crushing hammers and more in line with environmental protection concepts.
